Prefer Earth-Friendly Products?
RECYCLED PAPER

Recycled paper delivers the same brightness and quality as
non-recycled paper white helping conserve the earth's natural resources.
Choose products that contain a minimum of 30% postconsumer
recycled content for maximum environment benefit.

UNDERSTANDING PAPER BRIGHTNESS AND PAPER WEIGHT

PAPER BRIGHTNESS
Brightness is measured using 1 of the following scales:
TAPPI, ISO or D65. Each scales uses a different indoor and outdoor environment for measuring.

TAPPI Brightness - Based on a mixture of indoor light and outdoor
daylight that's filtered through a window or skylight. The North
American standard.

lSO Brightness - Based on mixture of indoor light and outdoor
daylight. Typically higher than TAPPI numbers due to absence of
filtered light.

D65 Brightness - Based on outdoor light. Always produces higher
brightness numbers for the same paper in TAPPI or ISO scales.

PAPER WEIGHT
Choose a paper weight that's appropriate for the task at hand to maximize results!

Standard Weight - 20 lb
For your everyday needs. Ideal for high-speed copying and plain
paper faxing.

Heavyweight - 24 lb
For a more professional look and feel, ideal for printing frequently
used pages on inkjet or laser printers.

Extra-heavyweight - 28 lb
For pages with intensive use of color. Less "show-through" makes it
ideal for 2-sided printing.
